I am so fascinated about self-improvement.

I consider it to be one the most important things one should try and do in life!

It is not only about hitting the gym and eating healthy , even though these are highly important too. For me it’s all about learning more about yourself , exploring new things that you may not even know they were there , seeing yourself accomplishing you never new you could or never thought of.

For me it’s adding a new powerful perspective to you and to the world around you!

Why I made this blog! And why self-improvement!

I made this blog to help me and others in self-improvement. You may say it’s only for the audience , but you are wrong.!

I try new things, experience new things and read for all of the staff I will write, so nonetheless it helps me quite more that you think !

Improving in many or some areas of your life will make you happier, healthier and get rid of some boredom. (boredom nowadays is a kind of disease). Let’s excitement take the place of boredom. Because “The opposite of happiness isn’t sadness , its Boredom!!”.

We all tend to improve generally.

So I will give specific informations and thoughts about areas and ways (how to) to improve.
